Two columns or three? Wow, what a debate..

I really like this theme for Drupal, however, it's two columns... And I am really starting to dislike the lack of room for stuff above the fold. Thinking about switching out to a three column theme, but there are some inherent problems, so I'm asking for some input.
First, this theme might be converted to having a third column some time soon... But who knows. I like the look, i just don't like the limitations on space.
Second, there are not a lot of themes available for Drupal 6 yet, so the balance between function and form is very much lopsided. Eventually I'll attempt to make my own, but I've never tried making themes for Drupal, and it's a bit intimidating.
What would you do, if you were in my position? Differences in opinions between two and three column layouts? Ways to work around the space limitations of a two column layout? I'd love to hear your opinions, so please leave a comment or two!

Drupify looks good. Your typography also looks outstanding. We installed FCK in a blog/forum we're working on but it doesn't work like TinyMCE does in WordPress.
BTW, there's a plugin for Drupal 6 that makes the comment form looks like WordPress'.
Yeah, Drupify is one of the better D6 themes I've run across. RokWebify was originally two or three columns, but it hasn't been ported over yet, sadly. Visually, I love it... Functionality-wise, it definitely is leaving some things left to be desired.
Thanks though, I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes how this hunk o' junk looks. :)
